Administrator (Mobeni)
National wholesale group are looking for a EE applicant to work as an Administrator in their marketing department in Mobeni for a 12 month fixed contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administration of the Loyalty Programme for the Retail Marketing Department
2. Responsible for the “message on hold” function
3. Generate order notes for advertising and GRN’s
4. Record, update, monitor and distribute stationery
5. Update and order letterheads
6. Ad hoc projects, i.e sale, signage and branding
7. Annual and ad hoc Group Warehouse uniform orders of PPE
8. Relieve reception staff when they are on breaks or leave to answer incoming calls on the switchboard and transfer to the intended recipient
9. Take messages and relay them to the relevant team members
3. Ensure Reception and Boardroom areas are always clean and tidy
4. Assist with the booking of boardrooms for meetings
5. Act as a backup to the Timekeeping Administrator
REQUIREMENTS
1. Grade
2. Previous experience as a Receptionist operating a switchboard
3. 3 years + experience in an administration role
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Proficient on Microsoft Office
6. Basic graphic design experience (advantageous)
7. Able to work every 2nd Saturday
RUMUNERATION
R6,500 per month + R2,500 per month incentive (TCC R9,000)
